We are looking for a Sales Development & Support Senior. We are looking for a motivated professional to promote our new SaaS product and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, optimizing sales opportunities, and market development. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to customers, encouraging product usage. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Development Identify and qualify potential customers using HubSpot CRM, ensuring a seamless flow of leads into the pipeline. Engage prospects via email and calls with a professional and value-driven approach. Organize meetings and demos for sales teams, focusing on maximizing opportunities. Maintain and refine the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. 2. Customer Support Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, calls, or live chat using HubSpot support tools. Quickly resolve first-level issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Escalate complex issues to the technical or product teams and track their resolution to completion. Gather and document actionable customer feedback to improve Lara and its adoption. 3. Quote Preparation Create and send personalized quotes through HubSpot. Collaborate with internal teams to customize pricing and terms for strategic clients. Track sent quotes and proactively follow up with prospects to drive deal closures. Requirements It would be preferable for the candidate to have 2 years of experience in the role. Excellent knowledge of English and preferably another language. Preferred working experience or University studies in business, management or translation. Data-driven approach to define strategies and activities that enhance business development and drive measurable results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Strong time management, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Resilient, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset, focused on customer success. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (optional). Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer support workflows. Familiarity with multi-channel communication methods (email, phone, chat). Excellent fluid intelligence and high work ethic. Strong awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences, vital for effectively managing a diverse client and linguist base.
