Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 am – 5 pm); 40 hours
Founded in 2010, Linguava Interpreters is a full-service language agency located in Portland, Oregon. We provide on-site interpretation, telephonic interpretation, video relay interpretation, and document translation to connect our clients with a language specialist that will best meet their needs.
Linguava is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this position will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities, both inbound and outbound, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across departments to meet our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and timely follow-up. Understand customer needs and requirements to guide them towards the best services offered by Linguava. Identify and qualify leads, routing them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Client Engagement and Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, product uses, and creative ideas, providing exceptional service and support. Educate and develop prospects, nurturing them until they are ready to engage with the sales team. Create target prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and initiate contact through various channels, including cold calling. Collaboration and Data Management: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing team members to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns. Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM software. Update internal databases with account information and customer interactions to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Language Access Services, with a strong understanding of interpreting and translation solutions. Previous experience in delivering document translation and localization services is highly desirable. A background in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is knowledge of industry-specific requirements and regulations. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to language services. Proven track record in business-to-business development, with strong listening and sales skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, and CRM software such as HubSpot.com.
