Sales Development Manager
EFI is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our Textile business.
The selected candidate will work to manage sales, our agents / partners, build customer / industry relations, actively generate new prospects and leads to create a continuously healthy funnel, close opportunities and further build out the business in the assigned region / countries.
Job Description : Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development, sales of emerging product and multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaignsGenerate new account sales and growth to existing account baseWork with and manage through agents / partners, establish KPI's, QBR cadence and integration into partner access for SF to manage lead, opportunity and funnel developmentProvide timely and accurate activity / territory reporting, opportunity creation and funnel development (Size, Shape, Speed, Success), forecasting to sales management usingSalesforceDevelop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth across all EFI's Textile products, consumables, software and servicesLeverage EFI resources and capabilities inside Marketing, Finance & Engineering towards the achievement of goalsProvide regular feedback to marketing, engineering and manufacturing regarding EFI Textile products, consumables, services and softwareEstablish and build relationships with EFI sales and technical support (incl.
InEdit) to ensure proper sensitivity to all sales needsCommunicate regularly through personal visits, telephone / video calls, etc.
with key contacts; field traveling is a must (70%)Attend all assigned tradeshows, open houses, and other Textile related and / or EFI eventsLeverage EFI Reggiani's demo centre for sample printing, customer demo's and to assure first class on boarding for new installations. Achieve revenue targets within operating budgetsJob Requirements : A. , B. S.
in business or sales or equivalent10 years of product sales experience with five (5) or more years of field sales experience in the traditional textile industry, especially in printing and finishing areaAbility to manage the account at a senior / executive level within the assigned regionMust have excellent presentation and negotiation skillsExperience working within a structured CRM environmentProven track record of meeting / exceeding both individual and team sales quota / goalsExpertise in complete sales cycle management – prospect identification, qualification, proposal and close.
Ability to handle complex technical sales cyclesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood understanding of textile pricing practices and selling skillsGood understanding of customer dying, washing and printing operation and digital product knowledge is preferred
