The aim is to create the leading digital platform in the management of construction sites.
In this new, international and innovative scenario we are looking for Sales Development Manager, who will play a key role in establishing the business in the Italian market.

What does the role involve
As a Sales Development Manager you-'re expected to make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the construction industry and Hilti's Confidenziale as a leading software provider in the industry.
Our Sales Development Managers work closely with our clients advising and guiding them through successful adoption of Fieldwire.
In coordination with the Fieldwire regional business owner, you will manage the definition and implementation of the activities necessary to engage the Hilti salesforce in the Fieldwire sales-cycle.
You will constantly coordinate with the European Project Office and the Hub and Confidenziale counterparts e. g.
digital, market communication, events, to execute the marketing roadmap for project management software.
Your main responsibilitieswill be Develop existing and new markets developing sales strategy and growing sales revenues, managing multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary Engage prospective users and incoming requests Perform -based and in-person trainings and demonstrations You-'ll ensure operational exence and customer experience, by coordinating required back-end processes and systems with relevant functions within the team dedicated to project management software and within the relevant Hub and MO departments Leveraging reports necessary to monitor the achievement the defined goals, and initiate concrete actions to improve the efficiency of the lead-to-opportunity-to-cash cycle Every day we imagine new ways at HILTI to solve the challenges our customers face, we never stop to improve What do we offer

What you need is:
Technical or business administration master's degree.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of sales, marketing or technology Good business understanding and high affinity for digital products Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, pragmatic and solution oriented in a matrix organization Strong communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Italian International mobility and high willingness to travel Why should you apply
