**Sales Development Representative (SDR)**:
**Your impact**:
As the SDR at Amity, your goal would be to become a sales engine that can generate new leads by engaging with new prospects in the EMEA region.

**Your team**:
You will report directly to Daniele, our SDR Manager.
You'll be joining our expanding Global Business Development team.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Be a key player in growing our business by producing highly effective and personalized outreach campaigns
- Identify qualified leads and create new sales opportunities through creative research methods (a combination of outbound activity and follow-up activities)
- Initiate and nurture strong relationships with prospects to develop an active pipeline for Amity's sales department.
- Pitch new ideas and contribute with valuable insights into the market to persuade key decision-makers across all levels and business types
- Grow database of prospects within your assigned territory and maintain precise records in our CRM
- Hit and consistently exceed weekly and monthly targets
**Your ideal profile**:
- 1-2+ years of professional work experience in tech sales/account management/relationship management or related fields
- Business fluent language skills in English both verbal and in writing are a must.
- Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude
- Passion for startups and their culture (Being well networked in the startup ecosystem and a regular at key startup events is a big plus)
- Passion for technology and a desire to make a major impact at a high-growth startup
