Sales Development Representative
The Challenge
To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Location: Milano, Italy
**What you'll do
As Sales Development Representative your main goal is to create highly qualified sales leads for our products and software portfolio.
By working according the SaaS Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for educating, qualifying and developing new target accounts and inbound sales leads.
You will have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
In addition to that, you are mainly concerned with:
- Qualification of incoming leads;
Prepare pipeline and reports;
- Ensure that our CRM (Salesforce) is always up to date;
- Research prospects, generate interest and develop them to stimulate new opportunities;
- Organize demo appointments with prospects and leads for Business Development Executive;
You will work closely with the Country Manager and with the Business Development Executive team (whose focus is closing deals) and with the Marketing Team (focused on the generation of qualified inbound leads).
**What you offer
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or similar field of study preferred;
- 0-2 years of experience;
- Your communication skills are above market standards;
- Great social and convincing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Experience in prospecting, including cold calling is strongly preferred;
- Ambitious to grow in the sales profession;
- Good analytical skills;
- Highly motivated to realize results;
- Experience within the technology markets SaaS / CPaaS is an advantage;
- You are tech savvy and any experience in the Messaging, SaaS or Payment industry is an advantage;

We provide messaging and voice channels, such as SMS, Over The Top (OTT) (e. g.
WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, Facebook Messenger, and Viber), Voice API and SIP.
These messaging channels can be combined with cloud platform features, like Ticketing, eSignature, Customer Contact, identity services and a Customer Data Platform.
