Sales Development Representative

Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year (CCNL Commercio, III Level), with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.
Location: Milan, Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove) Full Time: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break Hybrid Mode: 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Start Date: November 4, 2024 Offered Salary (gross): 25-30K + commissions Trial Period: 60 working days (3 months) In your role, you will be responsible for: Generating and nurturing sales leads for our team of Account Executives via creative outreach, primarily through telephone, while leveraging other tools and approaches.
Qualifying and developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries.
Conducting ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information, and begin targeting campaigns.
Following up on all leads generated by marketing and converting initial interest into sales accepted leads.
Managing email and cold calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
Articulating a sales pitch effectively, securing meetings for our Sales teams to promote Alfadocs and its key services.
Generating leads by leveraging phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
Managing a pipeline of warm leads and keeping them engaged through regular follow-up.
Identifying best practices and enhancing your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role.
Utilizing our CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
Identifying the prospect's needs.
Building long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seeking new sales opportunities.
Setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives.
Reporting to the manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Requirements: Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving quota.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
A track record of creatively solving problems.
Positive attitude.
Strong desire to move up within a sales organization.

Unless otherwise specified, an onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you will have the pleasure of meeting our entire team and visiting the beautiful city!
