Job Description:We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Categorie Protette l. 68/99 (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway:
Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you). Get a full understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save money, time, and frustrations. Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, making sure that they have a problem that BizAway can solve. Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists. Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
). Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth. Your basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Native level of Italian and good level of English. Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day. Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes. Organization: we say that if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn't exist.
