Join us on the INFINIT journey as we revolutionise the SME economy and drive meaningful impact through innovation The Role As a Sales Development Representative on the New Verticals team, you will play a pivotal role in selecting, launching and scaling the next major industries that INFINIT enters.
You will be driving our sales efforts in new industries by generating leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and thinking critically about what you learn from prospective clients to help us better tailor the product and sales methodology.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and entrepreneurial mindset.
While the main focus of the role is sales, you will be part of a small team building the future of INFINIT.
Therefore, you will have a lot of exposure (and be expected to contribute) to product and strategy development.
What do we want to achieve together?
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, and emails, in order to identify and connect with potential clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Spain, and Latin America.
Qualify leads through effective discovery conversations, understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if there is a strong alignment with our products and solutions Collaborate closely with the New Verticals team to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement.
Provide insights from your prospecting efforts and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and proposed product offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications using our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively communicate Infinit's value proposition to potential clients.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
1-2 years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
French is a major plus.
Proven ability to initiate conversations with potential clients and navigate initial objections to create meaningful interactions.
Self-motivated and driven by results, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
Flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, as this is a fast paced and constantly evolving role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
