We're looking for a Sales Development Representative - Italian Market, to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

**Your role
As a CASAFARI Sales Development Representative, you play a critical role in the sales process by identifying potential customers and qualifying them for further engagement with the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Engage in outbound lead generation efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, and following up on potential leads to drive interest and identify opportunities;
- Lead Nurturing: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives;
- Qualification and Handover: Conduct thorough lead qualification to determine whether the prospect is a good fit for our offerings. Effectively communicate the lead's requirements and details to the appropriate Account Executive for further sales progression;
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns, promotions, and events. Leverage marketing materials and content to support lead generation efforts and align with campaign objectives;
- Social Media Content: Monitor and engage with potential customers on social media platforms. Share valuable content, respond to inquiries, and actively participate in discussions to enhance brand awareness and drive inbound leads;
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in Salesforce;
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and unique selling points;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and market feedback.
**What we are looking for
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in both inbound and outbound lead generation;
- Prior experience with marketing campaigns and social media management;
- Prior experience in Real Estate is a big plus;
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Italian;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
- Empathetic, desire to help and support clients;
- Passionate about new AI technologies;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
