Sales Development Representative Italian Market
Key Skills:
- Academic background in oenology or wine sector.
- Experience in sales and distribution,
- Fluency in both languages: Italian & English,
- Resident in Italy,
- Availability for frequent business travel as required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visit customers and distributors, conduct negotiation processes, close and increase
sales,
- Manage and interpret market needs - understand, anticipate needs through Benefits,
- Communicate sales opportunities for products and services by integrating customer
suggestions,
- Identify and solve customer issues; recommend a plan of action that helps resolve
the issues
- Liaise with the company team, seeking to ensure exemplary service to customers
- Build awareness of our products and industry experience in the marketplace by
effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
- Work with the engineering team to ensure client project requirements are
achievable, contributing to technical solutions
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as needed
- Participation in trade fairs, conferences and other communication events
