As a
**Sales Development Representative in Italy**, your role is to
**generate as many relevant opportunities as possible** for the Sales team.
So, you will have a key role in our outbound strategy!
You will join a team composed of Account Executives, Business Developers, SDRs, and Key Account Managers skyrocketing the Italian Market

**As a Sales Development Representative in Italy at Qonto, you will
- **Generate Outbound opportunities** for the Account Executives by identifying, contacting, advising and qualifying prospects.
- **Prospect famous companies** by scrapping the correct decision-makers with the goal to help Qonto expand its portfolio of clients.
- **Follow up on marketing-generated leads** and conduct research to evaluate their relevancy for Qonto.
- **Conduct phone surveys** in order to better understand our prospects, to build and enrich our database.
- **Proactively** approach new clients.

**About your future Manager
Your manager will be Lorenzo, who is a Lead Business Development and in charge of the Sales team in Milan.

** Lorenzo gained an international experience as Business Developer and Joined Qonto around 3 years ago.
- **What he can bring to the team?
**Lorenzo is structured, collaborative and continuously works to help team members to improve their skills.
**About You
- **Experience**: You have at least 1 year of experience as an SDR or Sales (ideally in a fast-paced environment) among a well-developed sales team and ideally, you will be able to share best practices
- **Entrepreneurial mindset**: you want to help us develop an SDR department.
- **Resilience**: You are combative and you love challenges (it is necessary to know how to cold call and be comfortable with it).
- **Mastery**: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a plus) and you already know how to work with data enrichment tools:, Lusha, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, etc.
- **Communication skills**: You are able to listen and communicate with external and internal partners.
- **Languages**: You speak both** Italian and English.
