The Role The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the further expansion of iDeals VDR business in Italy, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in the Milan metropolitan area eager to fast-track their sales career and fuel our continued double-digit growth. This is a unique opportunity to interact with C-level executives and key decision-makers, directly impacting the success of iDeals VDR. In this role, you will target key Italian account decision-makers to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. Tech stack we use: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombustrer, Woodpecker What You Will Do Perform B2B mapping and outreach to potential clients and prospects using a variety of methods, tracking personal sales activities in CRM (HubSpot) Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects Generate qualified opportunities for field sales pipeline Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community What We Look For 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota Strong business communication skills, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback Nice To Have Experience communicating with the C-suite Our Interview Process We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element.
