**Steeple in Italy**:
Steeple, a French scale-up, aims to be the European leader in internal communication.
As part of this major internationalisation project, we are now setting out to conquer Italy.
For this, we've just hired our country manager who has joined us in Milan with the aim of improving the internal communication of hundreds of companies in the country and thus the daily lives of thousands of employees. To accompany him in this great adventure, we are building a real team based directly in Milano, made up of SDRs and digital marketing experts.
**The job
Alongside our team in Italy and with the support of our head office in France, the role of our future SDR on a daily basis will be to help our country manager in the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.
To do this, your daily job is to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on our website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist.
This is now a key department at Steeple because it is a position at the base of the business with a perfect knowledge of the market and the targets.
On a day-to-day basis, the role of the SDR at Steeple is to understand the issues of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and to understand what their problems are.
**The missions**:
As such, your missions will be to:
- Analyze and understand the functioning of italian companies
- Rely on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to approach companies over the phone
- Discover how the company communicates with its employees and identify the issues related to internal communication within the company
- Make the prospect want to learn more about Steeple and discover the solution
- Facilitate the work of the country manager by setting up demo appointments to reduce the sales cycle
The position is based in Milano and is available immediately
Type of contract: indefinite duration

- You manage perfectly the techniques of discovery of the customer's needs
- You are fluent in english and italian
- You are a resilient and humble person with strong empathy
