Syncron is looking to grow our global Sales Development Team to support our Southern Europe sales team and are searching for a Rockstar to join our team - are you the one?
Our global sales development team exists for one VERY important reason; to facilitate opportunities for sales to engage with qualified prospects.
Whether it is targeting accounts, following up on inbound leads or booking meetings for events, Syncron's SDR team plays a vital role in marketing campaign execution and sales pipeline generation.
**Key Responsibilities
- Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, understanding requirements, and ascertaining potential areas for Syncron to add value.
- Researching target companies and key decision makers to identify their service business challenges and need for Syncron solutions.
- Telling engaging stories that pique our target buyers' interests and leave them wanting to learn more about the value our products deliver.
- Scheduling opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the Syncron sales team.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow up process.
- Ability and capacity to qualify the account for short
- and medium-term opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- A results-oriented mind set.
- 2-4 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development or sales development with enterprise software company calling.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Superior outbound calling, prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Strong ability to explain just about anything to anyone and have superior listening, phone and written and communication skills.
- Excellent storytelling skills and getting a kick out of bringing prospects to that big aha!
moment when they understand how our solution can make their lives easier and deliver quantitative value to their business.
- The patience and persistence required to make multiple attempts to reach a target buyer.
- A keen ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and when things change, you roll with it.
- Experience calling on large manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English are mandatory.
French, Spanish or Arabic would be a plus.
