For a leader mutinational company in the Food & Beverage industry, we're looking for a Sales Digital Transformation Expert.

**Role scope**:

The primary purpose of the Sales Digital Transformation Expert is to support the business by implementing key digital programs and tools.

This includes:

- Ensuring that the commercial team have state of the art digital tools and processes

- Enabling the commercial team to make data-driven decisions

- Acting as a link between IT Project Management and the commercial team

- Delivering change management and training support to entrench new ways of working and tool adoption

**Main activities

- Implement digital tools and processes

- Define a digital roadmap in collaboration with all key stakeholders in alignment with the overall business strategy to provide effortless, best-in class digital tools

- Define specific needs from the field sales force and HQ teams and align those needs with IT business partner support

- Project management and rollout of key digital tool implementation in collaboration with IT support and key business stakeholders

- Enable a culture of data-driven decision making

- Provide customer/category/brand owner specific business reporting

- Enable data-driven field force allocation across channels & geographies as well as dynamic business planning based on promo & store potential, leads and churns

- Lead capability development and change management

**Requirements & skills**:

- 5+ year experience in sales teams as project manager of sales transformation projects

- Proven expertise in FMCG field work organization or as a consultant on sales projects

- Strong IT project knowledge as well as main sales processes

- Good attitude and entrepreneurial approach to establish trusting and impactful relationships

- Strong understanding of the commercial landscape

- Strong planning and project management skills

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Fluent in Italian and English
