As the Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our electronic devices sales strategy.
You will lead the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key clients.
Your strategic mindset will play a fundamental role in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
This role is not just about meeting goals, it's about shaping the future of our electronic devices division and driving innovation in a rapidly evolving market.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective success
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Investigate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and adapt our sales approach
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize sales processes
- Implement data-driven decision-making to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed
This position will be based in Fiorano Modenese, Italy.
**What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role
- A track record of success in selling electronic devices or related technology products
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
