Job DescriptionBusiness Development Strategy: develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand Company's clients base;Client Acquisition: in charge of the acquisition of new clients within the digital advertising industry, targeting mid-to-large sized businesses and agencies;Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives, Client Directors, CMOs, Digital Directors, highlighting the value proposition of our digital advertising solutions;Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that deals are profitable and mutually beneficial;Market Analysis: Be up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e. g. , marketing, sales operations, product) to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver exceptional client service;Public Speaking: deliver engaging presentations and speeches at industry events and conferences, representing the Company and building brand awareness. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;Fluent in English as well as Italian;Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on digital advertising or media;Existing portfolio of clients: a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the digital advertising industry;Public Speaking Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and speeches to audiences of varying sizes;Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including key players, technologies, and trends;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients at all levels;Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets;Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools. Preferred QualificationsFluency in multiple languages (e. g. , English, Italian, French);Experience working with programmatic advertising or ad tech platforms;Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and analytics;Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
