Sales Director
As Sales Director, you will report to the Cluster Leader.
You will be responsible for the commercial development of all of our product universes and leading the different Sales profiles within the Italian office as part of the SC Europe Sales Force.
This includes the business developers (new business/ hunting) as well as the account managers and executives (existing accounts/ farming).
MISSIONS- Ensure the performance linked to the commercial activityo Develop and manage the acquisition strategy of new customers within the cluster, with our marketing and programs teamso Analyse, evaluate and manage the development of the client portfolioo Analyse and evaluate the evolution of the client relationship of the portfolio over the long term based on CRM datao Contribute to the analysis of competitive practices and the marketo Contribute to information monitoring on all the clients entrusted (news, priorities, strategy, etc.
)o Ensure the lead of good practices within its teamso Coordinate activities with other key teams (Partners, Start up, Pre-Sales, TAM, Marketing, Comms etc)- Ensure the ROI of commercial actions and the optimization of commercial budgetso Optimize revenue and validate financial projections based on identified business potentialo Report to Management on its activity and the means implemented to achieve revenue targets- Lead a teamo Lead a team with various profileso Recruit the best talents, managing a rapid onboarding process and team integrationo Define and monitor individual objectives/ KPI's and performanceo Identify necessary training needs and bring the team up to speedo Facilitate communication and coordination within the team- Large account Managemento Farm the Tech account baseo Hunt for new Tech accounts & partnerso Manage RFPs - Public Representationo Local spokesperson of OVHCloud Media interviews (once trained) within the Tech sectoro Participate to events/ forums etc focused on the Tech sector PROFILEo A minimum of 10 years' sales experience selling complex IT solutions, Channel/Enterprise; ideally within Cloud/Storage/Managed Serviceso Recognized experience in leading a team of different sales profileso You have the ability to define and build operational reports as well as recommend the resulting actions and initiatives required to improve / accelerate growth. o You are recognized as being a strong individual contributor and team player, you have proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills with the use of recognized sales models/frameworkso You have strong ability to repeatedly generate (and close) net new logo Enterprise businesso With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and / or external contacts. o You are independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment and within an international contextWant to join a unique human adventure?
