Sales Director
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Sales Director Immunology to join our dynamic team at Regeneron in Milan, Italy. As a member of Regeneron's Commercial Immunology Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Field Team and leading a team of Sales Managers to achieve business results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring access to our life-changing therapy for eligible patients, in close collaboration with our Partner within the Alliance. A Typical Day:
Leading and managing the Sales Team to promote our Immunology product within the Italian market.
Driving business results in line with company objectives.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Providing insights on performance reporting, forecasting, and market data in collaboration with the Commercial Operations Team.
Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliant work.
Being an active member of the International Sales Head community, partnering and sharing experiences with international colleagues.
