About Our Client Our client is a multinational company leader in the food sector.
Job Description Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the main responsibilities will be: Define the business strategy in synergy with the Group and the CEO Define and implement the execution in accordance with the CEO Increase sales performance (revenue, margin) across all distribution channels Lead and motivate the team to ensure the achievement of shared results Actively participate in building trusted relationships with key clients, explore new sales opportunities, and monitor market trends Contribute to the development of new products in collaboration with other functions and in line with market needs Regularly evaluate sales results and communicate current and projected performance to all stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making Coach, motivate and mentor the sales team in order to develop their managerial and professional competencies The Successful Applicant University degree required Significant experience in dynamic, business and customer-oriented Food&Beverage environments Attitude for KPI monitoring, experience working with data and analytic High standard of work ethic, business acumen, customer understanding and relationship skills Ability to work with sales and cross - functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Fluent in English and French What's on Offer Great career growth opportunity.
