Hartmann Italy, the Italian branch of Hartmann Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a Sales Director Inpatient, based in our corporate offices in Verona but available for business trips in Italy and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the teams in order to achieve company goals and promote their professional development;
Manage the income statement of the assigned business division, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability objectives of the channel assigned as well as the budget assigned to achieve business goals;
On the basis of Corporate strategic plans, establish the quantification of the team's individual objectives in terms of sales and profitability;
Analyze the marketing policies and plans presented by the Group's Marketing & Product Managers and Product Managers, working in synergy in order to define the best commercial strategy for the area of responsibility;
Supervise the development of the business in the reference commercial channel, define and present offer plans, following the correct internal authorization, processes defined by Hartmann Group and carry out their follow-up;
Ensure the integration and return on investment of new products and/or activities in the area of responsibility;
Respect the Quality and IFS regulations;
Comply with workplace risk prevention regulations, as well as the use of DPI;
Comply with environmental regulations and associated processes (waste management, identification of environmental non-conformities, identification of chemicals, among others);
Act in compliance with national and international compliance and antitrust guidelines;
Coordinate Area Managers and sales forces by providing clear and structured strategic sales targets, analyzingand defining business plans and market penetration plans through an analytical mapping of the potential of the territory and customers;
Receive a clear forecast of the tenders roadmap, processing sales analysis in order to provide company and sales force with a clear outlook on the activities to be carried out in the field.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar;
Four years of experience in the specific role within international contexts;
Five to Importante Azienda years of experience in equivalent sales roles;
Good knowledge of the health sector market, public and private, and the dynamics associated (tenders, offers, etc.
);
Ability to analize tender specifications;
Ability to technically present products and solutions;
Ability to manage high-level national relations (with supervisors, managers, head of public administrations, KOL, etc. )
and international relations (with German Headquarter and Group's subsidiaries);
Standing aligned with the product segment and the reference market;
Knowledge of sales negotiations in the specific sector and management of market penetration in particular in the public environment;
Business acumen, strong orientation to results and objectives;
Flexibility, organizational skills, proble-solving, decision making, feedback management, ability to lead the team by giving clear objectives and methods;
Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to interact effectively with all teams, departments and business areas that influence the forecasting process;
Mature and consolidated managerial and people management skills;
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken;
Good knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force;
Availability for territorial mobility (national and international).
