Job Description: The Sales Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibility for a team of 10 HC with 3 direct reports; Close support and coaching to all Sales Agents with a client-facing attitude; Strategic view on market coverage, budgeting, and KPI setting for all departments; Full P&L ownership; Participation in Board meetings with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset; Identification of new business opportunities and internal sharing of new business streams; Foster cross-business collaboration by introducing possible deals to other BUs; Maintain a team culture where overall results are more important than individual ones.
