Job Description:Job Description The Sales Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibility for a team of 10 HC with 3 direct reports;Close support and coaching to all Sales Agents with a client-facing attitude;Strategic view on market coverage, budgeting, and KPI setting for all departments;Full P&L ownership;Participation in Board meetings with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset;Identification of new business opportunities and internal sharing of new business streams;Foster cross-business collaboration by introducing possible deals to other BUs;Maintain a team culture where overall results are more important than individual ones.
