Sales Engineer (All Genders)
The Role As a Sales Engineer at Lucanet, you will serve as a technical expert for our product suite that helps getting the jobs done in the office of the CFO, collaborating with sales teams across Europe to deliver tailored solutions.
You'll lead technical discoveries and product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and provide expert advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning our tools to customer pain points.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll develop sales support materials, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and stay informed on industry trends.
Your background in finance and/or pre-salescoupled with strong English and German communication skills, will enable you to thrive in this dynamic position.
What you'll do Lead technical discoveries and product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and requirements building a use case specific value proposition.
Provide expert advice on Lucanet's offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve product positioning and sales performance.
Develop and maintain sales support materials, including demo environments and pre-sales enablement content.
Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies.
What you bring to the table A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise like financial reporting, planning, taxation, group accounting or similar.
Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech and strong Value Selling experience.
Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, with familiarity with Lucanet's product suite being a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Italian to engage stakeholders across diverse markets (German language skills are highly desirable).
Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer challenges.
