Sales Engineer - Automazione
The Sales & Marketing team of Randstad Professionals Italy, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, for a leader company in equipment and processing solutions of Tobacco in Veneto area, are looking for: SALES ENGINEER to strengthen the sales department.
The candidate, in collaboration with the sales team and the sales director, will manage the sales process, through the proper definition of business proposals, in line with budget objectives and the top management guidelines.
He will be involved in strategic activities with our network of global customers.
Main responsibilities: • Collaborate with the senior sales managers in the definition of sales budgets ensuring the strategic goals' fulfillment; • Manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results achieving assigned budgets; • Visit frequently the customers assigned in order to establish a long-term partnership; • Ensure constant monitoring of the assigned market area in terms of current/potential customers, risks and economic trends supporting the sales management in the definition of the most effective promotional activities for business development and consolidation; • Ensure proper formulation of offers to define, in collaboration with technical managers, the functional requirements to be met managing both financial aspects and the negotiation process.
Required qualifications and experience: • Have at least 3-5 years' experience in Sales and will have a proven track experience within the consumer electronics / industrial automation business; • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and also able to work well within a team.
• Display excellent communication skills as they are essential in the role; • Hold a master's degree in one of the following fields: Mechanic, Automation, Electrical engineering or similar; • Be proficient in English and Italian; • Be curious and passionate about technology with a proactive approach in offering tailored solutions to any type of customer; • be available to travel Veneto based is required.
