Delta serves customers through its sales offices, R&D centers and manufacturing facilities spread over close to 200 locations across 5 continents. We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Industrial Automation products based in the East Lombardy area. The main office for IABG products is in Novedrate (CO) but the new resource can work from home.
The employee's sales activity will be focused on the east Lombardy regions (BS, MN, CR, LO). Main Responsibilities:Research, identify & develop potential for our product within specified markets or industries. Create, maintain and develop a customer database for the company. Develop customer relationships with key engineering and technical personnel in agreed target companies and industries. Assist the Area Manager to develop & nurture new market strategies and approaches. Minimum Requirements:Technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering). 2 to 5 years of experience in the Industrial Automation sector, woodworking/packaging/metal cutting/forming would be a plus. Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian is mandatory. Good interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness. Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills. Commitment to deliver quality work and ability to work independently.
