**You are responsible for
- The Sales Excellence Manager is a trusted advisor to the market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution.
They improve critical sales capabilities by changing behaviors to their respective markets, align and support the GTM strategy and bring targeted solutions that help gain sales productivity.
Other responsibilities for this role:
- Trusted advisor to market management team on commercial transformation
- Focus and drive actions to improve customer experience related to commercial engagements
- Increases sales capability and drive behavioral change with the focus and lens around sales process & methodology.
- Support & drive growth in Orders by various initiatives like Strategic account management, multimodality focus, white-space coverage, NPI introductions & services
- Leads medium size scale (between 100-250 people impacted) sales improvement projects
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert to bring targeted solutions (data and analytics) as a result of problem solving
- Coaches District & Sales Managers to become independent sales coaches
- Responsible for deployment of global and local sales training programs on sales behaviors and competencies
**You are a part of
A brilliant Sales Excellence Team focusing on Europe, reporting into the Sales Excellence Leader and siding everyday to the IIG Zone Sales Leader.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- BA/MSc in business or related field
- 10+ years experience in sales with proven experience in data analytics
- Preference for healthcare, technology, IT and health-tech industry experience
- Coaching experience is a very appreciated plus
- Solid experience of the sales process and solid experience working in a sales or commercial role to build know how
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in small and large groups
- English fluent and native in Italian
