We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, will be responsible for meeting a monthly and annual sales target by responding to all in-coming enquiries to the Sales & Marketing department, writing proposals, meeting clients, converting individual and groups bookings and co-ordinating all details relating to the booking before handing it to the operational teams.
You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests.

**Job Requirements**:
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide an administrative support role for the sales managers and assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by Sales Managers and DOSM
- Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
- To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at local networking and promotional events
- To conduct site inspections with clients and agents and to plan and attend familiarization trips
- To prepare presentations and sales brochures to improve promotion
- To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager
