Sales Executive

We are looking for a new candidate for the following vacancy:
The candidate will be in the HQ Sales & Marketing Department.
The position oversees sales activities of the eight Italian properties, members of LDC Hotel Italy, focused on 4* and 5* star hotels.
He/she will focus on both Leisure and MICE segments.
He/she will be in charge of accounts management, sales calls, FAM trips, in-house selling activities, attending roadshows and local tradeshows, and maintaining current customer relations while finding new business.
Working collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated.
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
New business research and development aimed at expanding and maintaining the client base for the hotels. Negotiate agreements and plan sales blitz to major market areas and local sales calls. In-house selling activities as well as participation in major roadshows/tradeshows. LEISURE and MICE segments experience of at least one year. Strong written and oral communication skills, initiative, and autonomy. Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. Ability to adapt and react to changes; highly organized. What we offer:
