As business is booming, we are now looking to expand the team further with an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive.
At our office in Milan, you will join a team of six dedicated colleagues, working to identify and engage with Italian customers.
Service-oriented, experienced, and ambitious character We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Italy.
We are looking for a technically skilled colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience.
Curious to know what a Sales Executive at Dalux actually does?
Our new colleague will play a crucial part in driving sales activities towards our building contractor segment, ensuring continuous growth in the Italian market.
With a proactive and structured approach, you will help identify new sales opportunities within the construction industry in Italy, always providing the highest level of service and customer care, leading to long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Other areas of responsibilities include: Proactively reaching out and engaging potential clients Demonstrate and present Dalux software for existing and new customers Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers Represent Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences Manage contract negotiations and pricing What we imagine to see in our future colleague: Solid knowledge and experience within the building contractor segment The ability to deep-dive into the software and train superusers Experience with complex B2B SaaS sales Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations A great team player aiming for mutual success Fluent in both Italian and English, oral as well as written.

Your background You have a degree in construction, business development, or a related area.
Proven and substantial B2B SaaS sales skills are essential, as well as the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of software solutions and train others in their use.
Furthermore, we expect you to have thorough knowledge of the construction industry in Italy; having worked at a construction site is an additional advantage.
You are native in Italian and fluent in English.
