Sales Executive
Sales Executive SaaS RETAIL Milan Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. • Respond to client queries and escalate issues as necessary. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. • Monitor sales metrics (e. g. , quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to ensure alignment with business goals. • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay abreast of market trends. You will have: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS/Retail sector. • Fluent in Italian and English • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
