Sales Executive
Join Our Team as Sales Executive Are you ready to lead and elevate the hospitality experience to new heights? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team What will I be doing? Maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of the MICE market (focus on Italy, France and Benelux) by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue. Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify new business leads. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and strive to meet or exceed those expectations. Manage relationships with MICE Agencies and Convention bureaus. Contribute to the strategy and planning activities of the Sales function. Seek proactive opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team. Negotiate room rates/packages with returning and future clients. Be commercial in all decision making, ensuring good return on all investments. Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds. Assist the Sales Personnel in developing key account plans, detailing objectives, timescales and sales methods to support the defined account strategy. Provide regular feedback on opportunities and issues to the Director of Sales. Attend events and relevant exhibitions when required. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including reporting on appointments, calls made, business leads, and conversion statistics. Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs. Be actively involved in preparation and participation in all relevant business activities and meetings, ensuring actions are followed up. What are we looking for? Previous experience in MICE (minimum 5 years) Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Fluency in English and French It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Knowledge of local market Knowledge of Hospitality Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives Note: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
