As a member of our team, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies, ranging from small independent businesses to well-established corporations.
Your role will involve advising these companies on the digitization of their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows.
Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them. However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales; you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 9 months, taking care of follow-ups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Concretely, you will:Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledgeHandle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting!Receive leads, engage, and qualify prospectsAnalyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain pointsProvide customers with a tailor-made demonstration of the softwareCreate customised offers and negotiate contract termsManage the closing of the account and after-sales period1-3 years of work experienceFluent in Italian (C1+/C2) and EnglishStrong business acumen and curiosityGenuine interest in software productsYou are able to create trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitudeNice to haveResults-oriented and open-minded personalityPrevious experience in Sales or Consultancy, preferably in the B2B areaKnowledge of ERP and SaaS softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWhat's great about this job?
