We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role in BizAwayFULL CYCLE POSITION: manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year. Research and prospect for new clients in Italy. Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints. Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
). Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects. Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract. Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events if necessary. Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders. Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth. Your basic qualificationsNative level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken). At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR. "No excuses" attitude: success depends on you and no one else. Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day. Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes. Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
