**Job Description**:
Under the direct responsibility of the Head of Sales South & East EU, you will be in charge of the commercial development of MANGOPAY in selected markets in South Europe, with a particular focus on Italy.
You will have a key role with the objective of helping MANGOPAY to become a leader in online payments in this region.
Your focus will mostly be on creating new opportunities through outbound activities (events, social selling, mails, calls etc) using the best tools available on the market.
Nevertheless, you will also manage the inbounds arriving through our marketing activities.
You will focus on Large Merchants & Enterprise Sales.
Your role will focus 100% on Sales but you will also have the chance to influence and work with several departments: from Finance to Customer Success and Product.
**More specifically, your responsibilities will be**:
Acquisition of new customers
- Manage autonomously the entire sales cycle from the first contact until the online activation of the MANGOPAY solution
- Identify key contacts within target accounts to convert them into leads
- Generate qualified business opportunities through professional and targeted prospecting through various tools (cold-mailing, cold calling, etc.
)
- Discover new strategic segments and make them your own to become the expert and examine the market in order to determine customer needs and escalate them to the concerned departments
- Monitor and update the CRM to carry out weekly reporting of commercial activity to management
- Provide a technical and functional expertise for the customers at all stages: pre-sales, integration, activity monitoring in partnership with the CSM team.
Market analysis
- Work hand in hand with the Head of Sales South & East to develop and implement the local business strategy most suited to the growth drivers identified
- Ensure a regular benchmark of the players involved (competitors, partners, prospects, new entrants, etc.
)
- Be aware of the trends ongoing in your region.
**Qualifications**:
- You have 2-5 years of experience of outperforming sales targets, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation
- You have worked in SaaS solutions / payments industry / fintech / e-commerce / marketplace / crowdfunding
- You have managed complex sales cycles of 6-9 months, with C-Level decision makers
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you own your responsibilities and find solutions for complex problems
- Mobility desired - As our offices and clients are spread across Europe, regular business trips are part of the role as soon as the health situation permits it.
