We are looking for
**Posizione**:
**Sales Finance Assistant Manager
The overall objective of the Sales Finance team is to support NSC Italy growth, developing the financial strategy of the company and improving the Customer Loyalty to the Brand and to the Dealerships.
Supporting the Sales Planning Senior Manager, the Sales Finance Assistant Manager coordinates the overall financial strategy and targets by working on Product development & management, CRM activities & negotiations with Financial & Insurance Providers).
Tasks
Main KPIs of Sales Finance team are related to: RS/WS Targets, Finance Penetration, Sales through "Loyalty" financial programs, bundle Accessory Services product mix, Renewal Rate, Credit Lines control.
The Sales Finance Assistant Manager is the first contact point for the Financial Provider and he has to coordinate all the following activities in order to achieve the Sales Finance KPIs:
- Support the Sales Planning Dept.
in the Financial Campaigns definition & monitoring, supporting Sales targets and Dealer marginality as well as analysis of their progress and target achievement
- Negotiations with Financial & Insurance Providers with the objective of put in place actions in line with the strategy and to support the Customer Loyalty growth.
- Sales Finance budget spending definition & monitoring
- Sales Finance KPIs monitoring
- work closely with the Financial Provider on the creation of New Financial Products and Services with the objective to implement a TCO approach into the Dealer Network
- Support the Financial & Insurance Provider on Financial CRM through the implementation and management of the TCM Renewal Process and the building of a unique integrated CRM System between OEM & Financial Provider
- Reporting as required by the team and/or the Department (i. e.
retail finance performance report, retail finance forecasting, commercial official report, incentive spending report, etc)
- Support the Dealership in relation to financial incentives & promotions
**Requisiti**:
**Education**:
Degree in Economics /Engineering
**Experience**:
3-5 years of experience in automotive industry

**Skills**:
Fluent English (B2 minimun)
MS office proficient
