The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities Custom Development: Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Implement custom solutions, including triggers, classes, and batch processes.

Configuration: Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs.

Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and functionality.

Assist with deployment activities, including data migration and change sets.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions, processes, and procedures.

Document technical and user requirements, solutions, and system configurations.

Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API.

Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e. g. , REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).

Additional Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Administrator, Architect) are a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
