Maintain corporate CRM tool (Veeva based on Sales Force) supported by external IT advisor

- Manage implementation of new processes in CRM as well as other improvements aimed to increase Sales Force efficiency and effectiveness also in cooperation with Head Quarter dedicated team

- Train and support Sales Force: initial training, training update for new functionalities, facilitate Digital KPIs monitoring

- Provide ongoing support to Field Force on all CRM aspects and recommends ways to develop methodology to optimize resource allocation

- Ensure Sales Force adherence to company's policies and processes

- Develop and prepare reporting related to SFE, revise and monitor main SFE KPIs to facilitate decision making process

- Support Sales Force management in analysing, reviewing, and improving sales force's geography

- Perform analysis of markets, countries, companies, products, and competitors

- Combine different sources of information to draw conclusions, present them in public and suggest actions for decision making by the commercial team

- Contribute to SFE and CRM insights generation: relevant KPI/ analysis on activity performance

- Reporting support to commercial team and other areas (Financial Department, Marketing, Regulatory)

- Constantly monitor processes' and contribute to continuous improvement in the own area of responsibility and beyond

Multinational Corporation - Pharma|Innovation, customer orientation, communication, teamwork, adaptability

- **Education**: University Degree (Business Administration or Economics or similar).

- **Languages**: Fluent Italian and English; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.

- **Experience (years/area)**: preferably 2-5 years in a similar position in pharmaceutical industry (or similar).

- **Specific Knowledge**:Data analysis, good command of Excel and figures oriented.

Sales Force/Veeva/Qlik Sense knowledge experience would be an asset.

- **Travels**: Not required, may occur occasionally.

- **Personal skills**: Good analytical skills, clear orientation to internal and external customers, high resolution capacity, planning and organizational skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
