What you will do

In this challenging and important role you will serve customers by selling Tecan liquid handling and detection products, identifying customer needs, consulting customers to request suitable solutions, as well as support current and existing products and customers.

Responsibilities will include Serve as responsible representative of Tecan Italy and operate with integrity and honesty in all business contacts Obtain sufficient knowledge of accounts to develop and maintain account strategies to convert customer needs to sales Service existing accounts, obtains order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets Coordinate and conduct demonstrations, installations, and customer trainingWork closely with Manager in regards to product training, monthly sales forecast, monthly sales figures, and develop action plans What you bring along A Scientific Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Ability to understand customer needs and a solid scientific understanding At least 3 years experience in the medical or life science industry or minimum 5 years sales experience in laboratory instruments Effective communicator and persuasive presenter Fluent Italian and very good English skills What you will get Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits package Progressive employment conditions Exciting career opportunities Wide range of training courses International and diverse environment (30+ different nationalities) Strong company culture with rich history Global mindset with "Swissness" at heart
