Key Tasks
- Responsibility for market development and expansion in the respective country
- Achieving revenue and growth targets
- Build and expand a network of key decision-makers in the industry.
- Adapting company strategy to local conditions
- Inspiring and guiding the local team to achieve top performance
- Develop sales strategies
**Key Requirements
- Experience in the fields of electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, information technology or engineering
- Highly dynamic sales professional with focus on business development
- Extensive network of building industry professionals
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong orientation towards digital sales channels, with mínimal outside sales
- Several years of professional experience in business development, or sales management
- Innovative, highly persuasive and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Optional: Fluency in German
