Sales Head Cardio
500 million!
That's the number of patients using Sandoz medicines every year and the number is about to grow.
- The Sales Head Cardio is responsible for sales operations and results of the Cardio Line.
The person will manage FLM's as direct reports and will be responsible for the sales strategy within the Therapeutical Area.
She/He will be the point of contact with the KOLs in the national territory.
As a success indicator, the Sales Head will build the role and the Market Share of Sandoz in Cardiology in Italy.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accountable for performance of the allocated team, striving to exceed agrees sales and market share targets.
- Communicate the sales force strategy and objectives to field force team and translate it into regional implementation plans to achieve the desired targets.
- Acts as the main interface between field sales and the management and company strategy.
- Lead, motivate, direct, develop, train and coach the sales team in order to deliver performance targets.
- Accountable for continuous improvement of team selling skills and product knowledge.
- Implement incentive program to motivate and stimulate field force to achieve goals.
- Accountable for collaboration with key accounts, marketing/ product managers and medical advisers; securing strategy implementation and operational plans for products.
- Accountable for initiatives that secure sales and promote products through effective leadership of the sales team.

**Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- +7 years' experience in Sales or Marketing within the Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- Experience with pre-launch activities.
- Experience with the therapeutic area of interest.
- Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English.
Work location: Milano.
