Sales Hr Business Partner
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As HR Business Partner for Sales functions, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with the Global HR strategy and local regulations. You will provide advice, guidance, and support to a variety of stakeholders in the Sales Functions. You will work in a vibrant international environment, being the counterpart of Line Managers located throughout the country and supporting the Southern Europe Head of Organizational Development & HRBP for other functions and for regional projects and change management activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with Global strategy, covering people, organization and culture and utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio and be able to propose new solutions where appropriate.
- Act as consultant, sparring partner and facilitator to business leaders and be a change agent into the organization and support managers and employees during the transformation processes.
- Deals accurately and promptly with the Functions Leaders and their team, working alongside them during the different phase of the employee life cycle.
- Provide HR expertise to operational and managerial teams across various HR domains (recruitment, talent management, compensation, labor law, training & development, employee management). You will offer solutions for day-to-day HR issues, leveraging the technical expertise of dedicated departments and working in a matrix environment.
- Support manager to implement and follow up performance and talent management activities.
- Deliver day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees.
- Participate actively in HR projects that sustain the business strategy and the implementation of the HR priorities.
- Ensures that the employee relationship management respects the relevant legal and labour contract requirements, in adherence with the company governances.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Law or similar
- Solid previous experience in HR function as HRBP (minimum 3 years) is a must.
- Ability to move in an international or matrix environment and balance different stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization.
- Previous experience on HR Project management would be a nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
- Forward-thinking to develop and implement new ideas.
