Sales Intelligence Analyst
ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT
**ACTIVITIES
- Manage and analyze the data collect about customers;
- Analyze data to spot trends or assess the response to different campaigns and use their analytical skills to find correlations between different types of data;
- Provide insight into customers' behavior and preferences at different stages of their relationship with the company;
- Provide insight into the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns by using customer purchase history with exposure to marketing campaigns or frequency of sales calls;
- Support colleagues in sales, marketing and customer service, by creating report that helps them to make more effective decisions.
Make recommendations on relationship strategies for different categories of customer or for individual customers.
**REQUIREMENTES
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Access, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems
- Ability to learn new technology and transfer the knowledge to others;
- Ability to work both as a team or independently depending on the situation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (requires diplomacy, tact and a clear, courteous and professional manner);
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Preferable: Sales background.
