Sales Intern
Internship (Sales Department)
Intern works collaboratively with the Sales Management Team and supports on pre-sales stage and sales operations.
The resource will rapidly gain an understanding of the Advertising industry.
The priority is to provide daily support to the Sales Team, in order to help them hit the revenue targets and increase Quantcast Market Share.
The Intern will work closely with sales, accounts and the client service team and ease in building consultative partnerships with clients and Agencies.
In this role the employee will support the sales team with the preparation of pre-campaign analysis, market research and proposals.
The person is expected to assist the sales team in generating new leads and facilitate liaison with potential customers and finally handle daily ad hoc tasks (Pixel creation, CRM, internal trackers).
Part of the role is also back the team on business growth initiatives (clients events, Industry events) and participate with the Sales Team in client events and face-to-face meetings.
**% of Role Essential Functions
30% Business development - support on new business activities, analyzing the main market trends and competition, redacting pre campaign analysis and scouting new business opportunities
30% Operational tasks - Keep up-to-date with all Salesforce admin and internal trackers, regular pipeline review, and weekly forecasting.
30% Client relation - partecipate to Face to Face meeting and events
5% Industry and product Knowledge - helping the Sales team in preparing deep dive on specific topics
5% Campaign Performance - Day to day performance monitoring to spot campaigns criticalities
**Other functions** Attend and participate in all training & development activities Build QC product knowledge Attend team and company meetings Participate in cultural events, employee resource groups (ERGs), culture club, etc.
**Minimum requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
**Skills**:Good communication skills (written and verbal)Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft and Google suite of productsComfortable presenting in front of clients and peers Enthusiasm for the digital media industry including publishers, agencies and brandsTime management and balancing multiple requests within the teamComfortable on handling large data setsProactive, accountable and organizedGood level of spoken and written English required
