We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Intern (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. The role is a full-time opportunity and is for our Milan office.

Summary of the Position:

Join us on this journey and build your path in Sales. Use your interpersonal skills to support and nurture long-term relationships, identify target approaches, conduct market analyses and generate leads to effectively achieve business objectives and influence the growth of FlixBus on a global and local scale.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

- Work in collaboration with the international sales and marketing teams for the acquisition and development of offline partners (e. g. , travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points and other intermediates).

- Support effective communication with our reseller partners supporting their day-to-day business.

- Manage the closing of commercial contracts and running of campaigns.

- Be a key player in the production of our competitor and market benchmark research.

- Qualify current and scout potential new partners to benefit the Flix portfolio on the Italian market.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

- You are an enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related university discipline.

- You posses a native-speaking level of Italian and fluent English.

- Any related experience is considered a plus, but not a must for the role.

- You have high social, communication, and analytical skills.

- You are highly motivated in achievement and have the necessary entrepreneurial drive.
