We are looking for a bright and committed person to join **ADB's 6-month internship** and take the first steps toward becoming a qualified **Sales Specialist**.

**Location**:Milan, Italy (we work hybrid)
**What will you do?
**:
You will learn about **Sales **under the watchful eye of our amazing Sales Director.
The scope of responsibilities will increase with increasing your skills.
You will be capable to be independent in three years.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the Sales Director to manage less complex / matured accounts, with the potential to grow and take over or win accounts over the time.
You will work with the Sales Director to let him focus on winning new business and take care about the key accounts both in Italy and abroad
- Assistance the development and the relationships with designated accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction profitable sales
- Supporting the business, from a commercial, contractual, legal, financial, delivery and post sales perspective
- Assistance the coordination cross functional teams in support of account objectives, play the role of a gatekeeper for customer into organization, for all issues encountered
- Understanding and communicating ADB value proposition and solutions to the customers
