**Position Summary**:
**Please Note**: International / Domestic travel will be a requirement of this role; therefore, a valid passport and the ability to travel is required.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Execute annual goals and objectives of the Sales and Marketing plan for the Industrial Air Quality business unit, within assigned region, to suit AAF growth plan.
- Plan and direct regional business activities to exceed regional bookings and sales goals.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing programs for assigned region, as directed by sales management.
- Maintain strong, accurate and current sales pipeline for the region, within SalesForce.
- Serve as a regional contact for inquiries from existing or potential customers and provide quotations and support as necessary.
- Manage customers "must-have" custom quotation needs by working with sales management to develop offerings.
- Manage individual Agent/ Reseller/ OEM/ End User sales performance to exceed bookings and sales quotas, while monitoring quoting activities, follow-up and closing success / loss.
- Train and manage Agent/ Reseller/ OEMs/ End Users to submit timely, complete, clean and accurate information data to AAF office.
- Work with Agent/ Reseller/ OEMs/ End Users, and engineers to get products specified in future projects or specifications.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.
- Find and manage suitable regional OEM's within region to use AAF products.
- Focus on strategic Key Markets for new opportunities.
- Locate new uses and new markets for products and recommend distribution channels for them.

**Person Specification**:
**_Education, Qualifications and Affiliations _
Essential
- HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering discipline/experience)
- Technical studies and interested in technical fields.
Desirable
- BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering discipline/experience)
Completed qualifications from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
**Licenses Or Certifications**:
Essential
- Full driving license
- Full valid passport
Desirable
- Site related qualifications i. e.
Passport to Safety.
- AutoCad certification / experience desirable.
**Experience**:
Essential
- Demonstratable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Previous industrial sales experience, preferably in Air Pollution Control industry or similar.
- Demonstratable experience in a front-line selling role
- Experience of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable working on a number of projects simultaneously
- Computer literate and able to use a wide range of software packages (preferably SalesForce)
Desirable
- Experience in Environmental Products.
- Experience in sales of industrial products with short and middle cycle time.
- Familiarity with dust collection or/and filtration.
