We are looking for aSales Manager – focused on Data Center
Solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract inMilanwithin the
Electrification and Automation Business Unit, Smart Infrastructurearea.

Your Challenge
As a part of the Electrification and Automation Sales team, theSales
Manager – focused on Data Center Solutionswill be responsible for
developing and implementing the vertical growth strategy for data centers and
will be close to new large customers opportunities within the territory across
multiple verticals on national and "cross-borders businesses".
TheSales Manager – focused on Data Center Solutionswill be a
key driver in selling services and products using technical, organizational,
and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the
products/services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation.
Some of the
main activities will be to:
Determine long-term annual revenue/growth
goals for the Data Center market segment and develop, implement, and
implement an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals. Act as a
trusted Advisor to our customers across all aspects of data center solutions
portfolio.
Manage opportunities with large customers
or investors as well, adopting an integrated approach in order to enhance
our positioning in the data center segment, or sell complex solutions that
enhance products, services, or technologies across various functions or
business units, both nationally and internationally.
Identify and cultivate relationships with
complimentary product Manufacturers or Partners or other internal Business
Units offers to develop solutions responsive to customer needs and
industry trends, which generate revenues.
Lead research in the data center market to
gain an understanding of segmentation, customers, market size,
competitors, etc.
collaborate internally to monitor national
and global regulatory and legislative policies to identify trends and
market opportunities.
Use Salesforce and other reporting tools
to track key sales metrics in an effective and consistent way.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Degree in Engineering/Economics or a
related field of study
Confirmed experience in BtoB sales
experience in the related industry and management experience in sales and
or marketing in the data center industry.
Creative design solutions with a
cross-functional business team
Commercial savvy and strategic thinking
Passion to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person's
uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
Proficiency in English and Italian
Eligibility to work in Italy
