Your ChallengeAs a part of the Electrification and Automation Sales team, the SalesManager – focused on Data Center Solutions will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing the vertical growth strategy for data centers andwill be close to new large customers opportunities within the territory acrossmultiple verticals on national and "cross-borders businesses". The Sales Manager – focused on Data Center Solutions will be akey driver in selling services and products using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying theproducts/services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation.
Some of themain activities will be to:Determine long-term annual revenue/growthgoals for the Data Center market segment and develop, implement, andimplement an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
Act as atrusted Advisor to our customers across all aspects of data center solutionsportfolio. Manage opportunities with large customersor investors as well, adopting an integrated approach in order to enhanceour positioning in the data center segment, or sell complex solutions thatenhance products, services, or technologies across various functions orbusiness units, both nationally and internationally. Identify and cultivate relationships withcomplimentary product Manufacturers or Partners or other internal BusinessUnits offers to develop solutions responsive to customer needs andindustry trends, which generate revenues. Lead research in the data center market togain an understanding of segmentation, customers, market size, competitors, etc.
collaborate internally to monitor nationaland global regulatory and legislative policies to identify trends andmarket opportunities. Use Salesforce and other reporting toolsto track key sales metrics in an effective and consistent way. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Degree in Engineering/Economics or arelated field of studyConfirmed experience in BtoB salesexperience in the related industry and management experience in sales andor marketing in the data center industry.
